Worow provides independent quality control and factory auditing services for importers who need assurance that their products meet specifications before shipment. Our Quality Control Services

• Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) - Final random inspection performed when 80% or more of the order is packed and ready for shipment. Uses internationally recognized AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling standards: AQL 2.5 for consumer goods, AQL 1.0 for industrial components. Critical defects zero tolerance, major defects AQL 2.5, minor defects AQL 4.0.
• During Production Inspection (DPI) - Monitor production quality while manufacturing is in progress. Allows early detection of issues before large volumes are produced. Recommended for first-time orders and new suppliers.
• Factory Audits - Comprehensive evaluation of supplier capabilities including production capacity, quality management systems, equipment condition, worker expertise, and social compliance. Detailed audit reports with photos and recommendations.
• Container Loading Supervision (CLS) - Verify correct products, quantities, packaging condition, and container loading practices during the actual loading process. Ensures your goods are loaded properly and securely.
• Laboratory Testing - Coordinate product testing with certified laboratories for safety certification (CE, RoHS, FCC, UL) and performance verification. We manage sample shipping, test coordination, and report collection.
