Our OEM Process

1. Specification Review - We review your requirements, suggest the best manufacturing approach, and provide detailed cost breakdown including tooling, unit price, and lead time.

2. Quotation and Sampling - Receive detailed pricing and pre-production samples for your approval. We typically complete samples within 7-15 days depending on product complexity.

3. Production - Mass production with regular quality checkpoints. We assign a dedicated QC coordinator who visits the production line at agreed intervals.

4. Final Inspection - Pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling standards. Defective units are rejected and replaced before container loading.

5. Delivery - Shipping to your warehouse, consolidated with other products if needed. Full container or LCL options available.
